The apartment is offered for long-term rental: minimum 11 nights, according to guest information. Brisa Alacant FAQ.

Brisa Alacant

How our Costa Blanca story began

It started with returns: to the light over the Mediterranean, the beaches around Gran Alacant and the calm rhythm of Santa Pola. With every visit, it became easier to imagine a place where we would want to stay longer ourselves.

That is how Brisa Alacant took shape: an apartment prepared not as anonymous accommodation, but as our own base for families, remote work and longer stays. We wanted direct host contact, clear terms and first-hand local guidance.

Today we combine hosting with practical regional guidance. Rafał writes about places he knows from personal visits, while Marta helps shape the guest experience around home comfort and everyday needs during a stay.

Who we are as hosts

Brisa Alacant is run by two people with one clear standard: guest contact should be direct, information should be checked, and promises on the site should match what guests actually find on arrival.

Rafał Prońko, owner of Brisa Alacant

Rafał Prońko

Owner, guide author and person responsible for site information

Rafał has owned Brisa Alacant since 2023. On the site he is responsible for the apartment description, booking flow and blog, where he organizes practical topics: Gran Alacant, the Alicante area, beaches, transport, food and planning a longer stay.

His rule is simple: do not describe a place only because it looks good in search results. First comes a visit, photos, notes and a check that the information is useful for someone genuinely planning a stay.

Marta Prońko, host at Brisa Alacant

Marta Prońko

Host shaping stay comfort and the family point of view

Marta helps look at the apartment from an everyday perspective: family comfort, arrival organization, practical home details and whether guests still feel after several days that everything they need is close at hand.

Her role matters especially in decisions about equipment, communication and the tone of the site. It keeps Brisa Alacant from becoming only a list of attractions and makes it a place that explains the real needs of a longer stay.

Numbers we show openly

Why we write this blog

The blog exists because guests often ask not only about the apartment, but also about what a stay in Gran Alacant is really like: where to go, what to skip, how to plan a day and what short attraction descriptions miss.

Read the blog
1

Personal checking comes first

Every place described on this blog is checked through a visit, photos, travel notes and a practical assessment of whether the information helps Brisa Alacant guests.

2

Then sources and updates

For changing details such as opening hours, prices or routes, we prefer linking to a source or keeping the advice general instead of adding an unsupported detail.

3

Usefulness comes last

Each text should help with a decision: whether a place suits a family, remote work, a quiet day or a car trip from Gran Alacant.

Why you can trust us

Real hosts

Rafał and Marta Prońko stand behind the site, guest contact and content, not an anonymous platform.

First-hand regional experience

Our guides are based on regular Costa Blanca visits and practical knowledge of the area.

Consistent information

Stay details, rental terms and contact data are split clearly across the site, FAQ and terms page.

Clear facts

We state rental terms, parking type, beach access and other property facts without embellishment.

What we tell every guest before arrival

Brisa Alacant operates as a long-term rental apartment. These are the four facts we share with every guest before arrival — so the stay never starts with a surprise.

Carabassi is a beach you reach by car

The most frequent guest question is "how far is the beach". We answer plainly: Carabassi is about 5 minutes by car, not on foot. The beach holds Blue Flag status (confirmed annually), but arriving by car is part of the experience and cannot be skipped.

We park on the street — that is how the area works

Parking near the apartment is free street parking with typical residential availability in Gran Alacant. Before arrival, we describe it as part of the arrival plan so guests know they use nearby street spaces.

An 11-night minimum is there for a reason

The apartment is offered for long-term rental — minimum 11 nights. We state that threshold clearly before booking because the stay is meant to be longer than a weekend and should leave time to use the apartment and the area calmly. Shorter stays are best served by hotels and aparthotels by the beach.

We state payment and equipment terms up front

The stay price covers taxes, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, electricity and water — nothing is added later. A 30% deposit is taken at confirmation; the remaining 70% no later than 7 days before arrival. The 200 EUR security deposit is paid in cash at check-in and refunded at check-out if there is no damage. We leave beach gear (parasol, sun loungers), kids’ toys, air conditioning and Wi-Fi inside the apartment, so guests do not have to pack or buy them locally.

Languages we host in

Pre-stay messaging, check-in instructions, in-stay help and the blog plus FAQ — we run them in three languages. The site has parallel pl/en/es versions with correct hreflang tags, so each guest lands on the matching language version.

  • pl

    Polski

Hosts’ first language. Messages and phone contact.

  • en

    English

Default channel for guests outside Poland and Spain — full FAQ, check-in instructions and blog.

  • es

    Español

Local-language channel — used with the community administration, building maintenance and local services.

Legal verification of your stay

We state the stay status narrowly: Brisa Alacant is offered exclusively for long-term rental — minimum 11 nights. As a public reference for urban leasing in Spain, we link to Ley 29/1994 on Urban Leasing (LAU). Stay details are stated in the FAQ and terms page, without adding conditions beyond the verified guest information. (BOE-A-1994-26003)
