About me

I have been the owner of the Brisa Alacant long-term rental apartment in Gran Alacant since 2023. Costa Blanca has become my second home — I visit regularly and get to know the region inside out.

Every place described on this blog I have visited personally. Photos and tips come from my own trips — I never write about places I haven't been to. This approach lets me share practical advice you won't find in typical guidebooks.

I help guests discover the best attractions in the Alicante region — from hidden beaches to local restaurants. I believe the best memories are made when you truly get to know a place, not just from the hotel pool.

Brisa Alacant welcomes guests for residential, family, business and recovery stays — that is the list of rental purposes we keep in the apartment terms. I answer inquiries sent through our website myself in one of three languages — Polish, English or Spanish. The site, blog and FAQ are available in the same three versions, so check-in instructions look the same for every guest.

What I tell every guest before arrival

These four facts I always state in advance so arrival never starts with a surprise.

Carabassi — 5 minutes by car, not on foot

The most beautiful beach nearby is not practical to reach on foot. I say this openly because it changes every day’s plan — a car helps from day one of the stay.

Parking is free street parking

Guests use nearby street spaces around the apartment, with typical residential availability in Gran Alacant. I share this before arrival so parking is part of a realistic arrival plan.

Stays from 11 nights — long-term rental

The apartment is set up for longer stays: minimum 11 nights, beach gear and kids’ toys already inside, air conditioning and Wi-Fi included in the price. Shorter stays are best served by hotels.

200 EUR deposit and a clean stay cost

I take a 200 EUR security deposit in cash at check-in and refund it at check-out if there is no damage. The booking price covers taxes, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, electricity and water — with no extra charges.

Languages I host guests in

All pre-arrival messaging and in-stay help are available in three languages. The site, blog and FAQ have parallel pl/en/es versions with correct hreflang tags.
