Yes. Current direct-booking terms include final cleaning in the price, together with taxes, Wi-Fi, electricity, and water. In all standard stays this means no separate final-cleaning surcharge at check-out. Parking is street-based near the apartment. It is a free residential parking model without a dedicated private space assigned to one unit. In practice this is flexible for drivers, but during peak periods it is smart to keep a short time buffer for finding a place. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Whenever possible we try to accommodate your travel schedule after prior arrangement. If you arrive very early or late in the evening, mention it when booking so we can set a realistic arrival and departure plan from the start with you.

Carabassi is the nearest beach. In our property materials we state access at around 5 minutes by car. This makes it a practical daily option, especially for family stays. For direct bookings, a 30% deposit is required at confirmation and the remaining 70% is due 7 days before arrival. A 200 EUR cash security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out after apartment inspection with no damage.
