Who we are

One apartment, handed over in person.

We rent only one apartment — the one where Brisa Alacant started. Every guest is welcomed in person, and we stay in direct contact throughout the stay.

Alongside the apartment we run a section of practical guides to Costa Blanca — from Carabassi beach to Alicante’s old town. We write about what we actually know from daily life in the area.

What is the direct-booking payment policy?

For direct bookings, a 30% deposit is required at confirmation and the remaining 70% is due 7 days before arrival. A 200 EUR cash security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out after apartment inspection with no damage. This structure keeps payment milestones explicit before arrival and reduces misunderstandings at handover.
